Privacy Policy for Neo Geo
MOB Enterprises LLC. Effective October 11, 2026.
Neo Geo is a private, internal tool operated by MOB Enterprises LLC for the household and businesses of its owner. It is not offered to the public, and no one outside the owner's family uses it.
What the application accesses. With the explicit consent of each account holder, the application reads email messages from a small number of Google accounts belonging to the owner's family, using read-only Google API access. It also reads and writes calendar events on the family calendar. It does not send email, change account settings, or access any other Google data.
How the data is used. Messages are processed on a single computer owned by MOB Enterprises LLC to produce a summarized, redacted record of schedule-relevant and household-relevant items, for example appointments, school notices, orders and bills. Links, verification codes and account numbers are removed before any summary is produced. The summaries are used solely to help the family manage its own calendar and household administration.
Storage, sharing and retention. Data stays on hardware controlled by MOB Enterprises LLC and in the family's own Google Drive. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Summaries are deleted automatically after 14 days. The original messages remain only in the account holders' own Gmail accounts.
Google API Services User Data Policy. The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. Any account holder can revoke the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
